Thank you for choosing PteGenie. We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, we are here to help.

1. Digital Products and Subscriptions

Because PteGenie provides access to digital content, AI scoring mechanisms, and cloud-based services, we have a strict policy regarding refunds to prevent abuse of the system.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Conditions for the 7-Day Guarantee:

  • The request must be made within exactly 7 days (168 hours) of the purchase timestamp.
  • You must not have completed more than 5 full mock tests.
  • This guarantee applies to your first purchase only; subsequent renewals or upgrades are not eligible.

3. Renewals and Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Canceling your subscription stops future recurring charges, but it does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing cycle.

We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. You will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may grant exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis under extraordinary circumstances, such as:

  • Extended technical downtime that prevented you from using the service.
  • Accidental duplicate charges resulting from a system error.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@ptegenie.com with your account email address, receipt number, and the reason for your request. We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 5-7 business days.
